Sparkling Image Car Wash

I have been going to this place for a couple months now since the winter. Today May 3, 2026 I decided I want to treat my car and get a full wash for $44.99 man when I tell you the rob me eyes open. They literally did not clean this car. At best they get a wet towel and pretending the car still dirty. I wasn’t looking for a sparkling like their namesake, but I at least a decent one. I will stick to the $12 exterior only until I find a better place. Only use them for exterior if you have to

Brought my car to clean today and I was amazed from the beginning to end. A extremely patient young man explained how everything works and prices and details. He took my car inside and before I could notice my car was ready with perfection. Everyone with great attitude and great service. My car? I don’t have enough words to describe how wonderful it’s. Their service definitely made me smile of satisfaction all the way home. Thank you 🙏

I’ve been coming to this car wash regularly and the team here does an outstanding job every time. They put in the extra effort and take the extra time to make sure your vehicle is thoroughly cleaned, not just quickly run through. Their attention to detail really stands out, and they actually listen to any specific requests you have. I also have another location closer to my home that’s good, but this crew in particular is the best. Consistent quality, friendly service, and they genuinely care about the work they do. Highly recommend.

Really sad that I have to write a review about a place I’ve been a member for years. Went today July 8th got my my wash but decided to do an interior detail. Guy sold be the $112 packaged saying it was the best one. Ok got it, waited like 1:30 minutes ( no problem at all) when I got my car they disconnect my under seat subwoofer and put it in the trunk like it was my responsibility to Put it back. The detail was horrible!!! Look at the picture for yourself. Thinking about if I should continue to be a member at this place . What a disappointment!!!

Called on Sunday to make an appointment for next day. Man picked up quickly and was polite. This was my third time, first since new name/management. I wanted to surprised my hard working sister while she was away. With kids that eat in the car and her doing gig on the side, it was quite dirty. Arrived for my 1pm appointment on Monday. Although lines were long, I got the attendant's attention and moved to correct lane. She was bubbly, easy to speak with and on top of her job. Having made appointment meant she radio manager and they took me right in. Clean waiting area, nice cashier and all hardworking folks. My sister's jeep was ready in 1hour and half. The two ladies who worked on jeep outside did a good and were understanding when asked them to vaccum glove department, middle counsel and wipe wheels. If you get the $130 detail, which is less than other places I called, with your receipt you can come back within 5 days for free car wash. Tip the staff and be polite. I'm sure some of the bad reviews come from individuals with attitude and who don't respect service workers.
